Mr Paul Trikha · Surrey Orthopaedic Clinic enquiries

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for enquiries submitted via this landing page is Surrey Orthopaedic Clinic, Prime Health Weybridge, Units 10 & 11, Horizon Business Village, 1 Brooklands Road, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0TJ.

If you have questions about this notice or want to exercise any of your rights, contact trikha@surreyorthopaedicclinic.com or call 020 3130 4050.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this page we collect:

  • Your name and email address.
  • The free-text message you enter. This may contain health information (e.g. a description of an injury or symptoms), which is treated as special category personal data under the UK GDPR.
  • A record that you ticked the consent box, with the timestamp of your submission.

We do not knowingly collect any other information about you from this page. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use the details you provide solely to respond to your enquiry — that is, to email you back to arrange a consultation or answer your question.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are:

  • Article 6(1)(a) — Consent. You tick the consent box before the form is submitted.
  • Article 9(2)(a) — Explicit consent for any health information you choose to include in your message.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing trikha@surreyorthopaedicclinic.com. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect the lawfulness of any processing we did before you withdrew it.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are sent to Mr Trikha’s clinical team at Surrey Orthopaedic Clinic. We use Formspree to process and deliver your form submission, and Vercel to host this page; both act as data processors on our behalf under appropriate data-processing terms. Some processing may take place outside the UK, in which case it is covered by suitable safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum).

We do not sell or otherwise share your data.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not progress to a consultation, we retain the email and its contents for up to 12 months and then delete it.

If your enquiry progresses to a consultation, the relevant clinical record is held under the clinic’s main patient records policy rather than this notice.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Have your data erased where we no longer need it.
  • Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we’ve mishandled your data.

Security

The form submits securely over HTTPS to our form processor, Formspree. We don’t log the contents of your message in browser-side analytics. Internally, only members of Mr Trikha’s clinical team have access to enquiries.

Updates to this notice

If we change how we handle enquiries we’ll update this page. The version live on this page is always the current one.
